Amanda Hittle
My practice is symbolized by the Ailm, an ancient Irish sign which represents resilience, endurance, and inner strength. The Ailm and its meaning is associated with pine trees, which can withstand adverse conditions. In a symbolic sense, the Ailm and my practice seek to inspire rising above adversity.

As a licensed clinical social worker who has practiced over 20 years in a variety of settings, I believe in the individual's ability to rise above and evolve. My experience includes geriatric care management and guardianship, medical social work, K-12 school social work, home health care, dialysis, and psychotherapy. These experiences have shaped my client-centered healing approach. I incorporate mind-body therapy, Internal Family Systems, Safe and Sound Protocol, and cognitive behavioral therapy as techniques to support self improvement, trauma processing, emotional regulation, and personal awareness.
